Hi, I’m Emily — a certified mind-body integration coach, movement educator, and lifelong dancer. My work helps people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies so they can move through life with greater clarity, vitality, and purpose. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in somatic movement, experiential anatomy, and coaching, I create grounded, inclusive spaces where meaningful change can take root — gently, thoughtfully, and in your own rhythm.
